ABOUT THE ROLE Job Purpose The Regional Business Controller Commercial is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Commercial Product Segments (TBR, Fleet, PCT, AG, OTR). The key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region. Responsibilities:
Deliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all P&L elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets. Analyze business performance, run P&L simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions. Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders. Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions. Prepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders. Coordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation.
Qualifications & Experience Required Education:
University degree required. Preferred: Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering.
Experience (years):
Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment. Ability to work within a matrix organization.
Technical Skills:
Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems. Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Customer-focused, proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented. High level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail. Self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
