Ph3OHS Regional Supervisor /h3 pbWe are looking for a OHS Regional Supervisor /b based in Şişecam Flat Glass Italy located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). /p h3More about the Role /h3 ul liOversee and ensure the implementation of OHS activities across assigned plants (Germany, Italy, Hungary, Bosnia). /li liEnsure full compliance with local legislation and Group OHS standards in all countries. /li liCoordinate and monitor the performance and compliance of internal and outsourced OHS staff across sites. /li liManage and harmonize risk assessment processes and ensure effective risk mitigation actions. /li liPlan, execute, and consolidate internal, cross-site, and third-party audits (ISO 45001, SEDEX, BSCI). /li liAnalyze incidents and occupational accidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive preventive actions across sites. /li liCoordinate and align emergency response plans, ensuring readiness and consistency among all plants. /li liMonitor OHS KPIs, reporting, and budgets, supporting safety-related investment planning. /li liPromote a strong safety culture and share best practices across multicultural and international teams. /li liSupport the deployment of Group OHS initiatives and ensure effective use of digital OHS tools. /li /ul h3All about you /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Safety, Industrial or similar) /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in Occupational Health Safety, preferably in industrial settings /li liStrong knowledge of OHS regulations and ISO 45001 standards /li liRelevant certifications (e.g., RSPP/ASPP, NEBOSH or equivalent) are a plus /li liExperience in risk assessment, audits, and incident/root cause analysis /li liStrong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work effectively in multicultural and international environments /li liProactive mindset, high sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous improvement /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with digital OHS tools /li liGood command of English and willingness to travel/ relocate within Europe (Italy-based) /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities /h3 pWe are committed to providing a fair and safe work environment where human rights are respected, and every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute.
