Ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Quality Engineer role is focused on Accreditation Management of Credentials (3rd Party authorisation) associated to sites within the EMEA region. Accreditation Management acts as a leader to gatekeep accreditation(s) and have oversight of company operated activities or service fulfilment and in a support role for Conformity Assessment Body activity. /p h3Day to Day Activities (examples) /h3 ul liOrganise, plan and facilitate assessments /li liAct as the host for an onsite assessment; organise rooms, refreshments, personnel to be involved /li liAct as the main contact for Accreditors, Regulators and External Scheme Owners so all activities are channelled through and are known to Accreditation Management Strategy (AMS) /li liWork with the Customer Operating Unit (COU) to collect information regarding accreditor/regulator applications and act as signatory on the application (unless another function is designated to do this) /li liSupport the CAB with internal and external assessments /li liSupport/guide a process owner in document compilation /li liOwn only controlled documents which are directly related to accreditation e.g. use of an accreditor symbol, the application process, accreditor schedule management /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement of Credentials (accreditation/certification). /li liFacilitate internal and external accreditors, regulators, and scheme audits. Act as primary contact responsible for engaging with accreditors, regulators and external scheme owners and establish and maintain accreditation (including scope extensions and reductions). /li liWhen required, facilitate resolution of customer complaints. /li liFacilitate understanding of the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process and possibly serve as CAR Champion. /li liParticipate and provide inputs for regulatory services owned processes (CAR, internal compliance assessments and external assessments), when requested for management review, per applicable standard requirements. /li liAssess management system compliance, including control of documentation and records, via the internal compliance assessments process. /li liWhen necessary, review and approve management system documentation to facilitate compliance and maintain oversight of the system. /li liOversee the development of new management systems. /li liMerger acquisition—management system integration per the approved playbook or specific master plan. /li liSupport capacity for improvements, management review, risks, etc. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPreferred: University degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field, plus generally five years of directly related experience. /li liFluent in English and local language of place of residence (verbal and written). /li liDetailed knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement principles, tools and techniques including quality and business excellence models (such as ISO 9001, 17025, 17065, Lean Sigma, Baldrige, Shingo). /li liDemonstrated knowledge of auditing and CAPA principles. /li liDemonstrated ability to conduct internal quality audits, root cause analysis and plan/implement corrective action. /li liDemonstrated ability to analyze data, to interact with all levels of the organization, and to present and facilitate discussions of the findings. /li liAbility to lead improvement teams to develop mid-level to complex processes and process maps. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 ul liMid-Senior level /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 ul liFull‑time /li /ul h3Job Function /h3 ul liQuality Assurance /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liProfessional Services, Manufacturing, and Technology, Information and Media /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
