Support Worker Aged and Disability (Female) - Permanent Part Time Positions available

Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and daily living assistance, following each client’s Care Plan.
* Support with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and toileting.
* Work alongside Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, tailored care.
* Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients, families, and the care team.
* Assist with light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Record accurate daily client notes and report concerns promptly.
* Support safe use of mobility aids, exercise routines, and non-sterile dressings under RN guidance.

Qualifications
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)
Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009), and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) (valid for at least 3+ months).
Roadworthy, insured vehicle and a current Australian driver’s licence.
Federal Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months).
Reliable, insured vehicle and valid Australian driver’s licence.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of NDIS, aged care, or mental health systems.
