Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM and CMDB modulesImplement and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and integrations in ServiceNowConfigure and maintain the CMDB, ensuring accurate and complete data populationCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirementsIntegrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID serversEnsure ServiceNow best practices and governance are followed across the implementation

Laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente in Informatica, Sistemi Informativi o campo correlatoAlmeno 5 anni di esperienza come ServiceNow DeveloperForte esperienza con scripting ServiceNow (JavaScript), Glide APIs e Flow DesignerConoscenza dei processi ITIL e esperienza pratica nell'implementazione in ServiceNowCertificazione ServiceNow Certified System Administrator obbligatoria; altre certificazioni (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) sono un plusProficienza in italiano e inglese, sia scritto che parlato
