As part of the ongoing growth and expansion of the TXT Group, we are looking for new Electronics Design Engineers to join TXT e-Tech Srl, specifically within the R&D; department, to support the development of test systems and electronic units in the aerospace sector, at one of our client sites in Naples, Italy.We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and development of automatic test systems for airborne electronic units.Design of analog, digital, and power electronic boards.Preparation of technical documentation and project reports.Testing and validation of electronic boards and test systems.Required Technical SkillsExperience with electronic design software (Altium, Orcad, Fusion 360, etc.).Use of electronic simulation tools.Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, current probes, etc.).Knowledge of Boundary Scan testing.Strong troubleshooting skills on complex systems.Optional Technical SkillsPCB development.Knowledge of avionic communication buses (ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553, etc.).Understanding of microcontroller architectures.Familiarity with TestStand.Familiarity with LabVIEW.Knowledge of at least one programming language.EducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer, Electronic, Electrical, Biomedical, Automation Engineering, or related fields.The Ideal CandidateHas a strong problem‐solving attitude and proactivity, excellent communication and organizational skills, and is capable of working both independently and within a team.Motivated to grow professionally and to learn new skills.Why Join TXT GroupCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.A dynamic, young, and international environment.Corporate Benefits (health insurance, welfare plan, meal vouchers, employee discounts).Permanent contract, with compensation based on experience. xpavfwm This position is open to applicants of any gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree 198/2006.
