THE ROLEWe're looking for a Core Dev, who will own the Tech Roadmap and Development Team.We really care about Team relationship, so this is a \" Dev transitioning to CTO role \".By this, we mean that you'll be our core developer that, if it happens to be a perfect fit, will become a CTO and vest an equity package.This is not a "sit in the background and manage infra" role; you'll be deep in the code and in the strategy room when we ideate the next big feature.You will directly report to the CPO and work hand-in-hand with both founders every day.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMust-have:Strong full-stack experience (we don't care about the specific language/stack; we need someone super flexible) with the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem + Python (especially for AI).Deep blockchain understanding : real knowledge of how transactions work, DeFi protocols, block explorers, and data providers (you don't need to write Solidity, but you truly understand the ecosystem at a technical level)Hands-on experience building with AI tools (OpenAI API,Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, vector stores, agents, or similar frameworks) using them to accelerate development and to build on top of it.Proven ability to ship production products end-to-end in fast-moving, early-stage environments.Extreme ownership and flexibility: you're comfortable when priorities shift weekly and the roadmap is still being written.You genuinely enjoy both deep coding and product thinking .Plus:Previous experience in early-stage startups (ideally as one of the first technical hires).You love using AI tools to 10x your own productivity.Experience in antifraud, osint, cybersec
