Job Description Il Ruolo
Il Key Lead è responsabile di garantire che tutti i clienti ricevano un'esperienza di qualità all'interno del negozio. Al fine di garantire una gestione efficace dell'operatività del negozio, svolge il ruolo di supervisore del piano di vendita e fornisce indicazioni e supporto agli addetti alle vendite. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Qualifications
Diploma di scuola media superiore (High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent)
Preference: 1 year of retail or customer service experience
Proficiency in English and Italian (CEFR B2 minimum)
