Gewiss is looking for a Pricing Strategy Specialist.
In particular, the Company is undergoing a highly strategic transformation project to restructure the pricing operating model across the entire organization.
In fact, he/she will collaborate closely with the Business Units to determine the pricing goals, based on value proposition, market trends and business objectives.
Develop Pricing Strategies : analysis on competitive landscapes, market conditions and internal data to define optimal pricing structures for Gewiss products and solutions.
Coordinate the implementation of Pricing Strategies across Markets: ensure that pricing is aligned with product strategic positioning and business goals.
Address pricing discrepancies across markets, ensuring that price positioning supports both local market needs and global business objectives.
Revenue & Profitability Optimization : through scenario analysis, recommend the correct steps to grant the optimal margin and profitability in the implementation of the pricing strategy.
Market Intelligence : In coordination with markets, monitor competitors and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for pricing adjustments.
The candidate should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze large data sets and to elaborate on what-if scenarios;
Ability to create strong internal network;
Market knowledge: understanding of international markets and the complexities of cross-border pricing strategies;
Availability to travel internationally (occasionally)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
Having already worked with a pricing software can represent a plus.
