The System Integration Intern will support the integration of subsystems into a complete product during the development and execution phases. The role offers exposure to system engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and product development processes in a dynamic and international environment.
Your responsibilities will include
* Assist in analysing trade-offs between design, cost, quality, and timing
* Contribute to system validation activities, including simulation and testing support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement)
* Help monitor project progress and support coordination of subsystem activities
* Assist in identifying potential risks and supporting problem-solving activities
* Support documentation of system architecture and technical decisions
* Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Learn
* Fundamentals of system engineering and product architecture
* Exposure to real industrial product development processes and gates
* Understanding of cross-functional collaboration in a global organization
* Basics of technical project management and decision-making
* Use of engineering tools for modeling, validation, and analysis
* Currently studying a Master’s degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields)
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Basic knowledge of engineering principles
* Proficiency in English
