As a key architect of this major manufacturer brand voice in Europe, the Content Specialist is responsible for the planning, creation, localisation, and strategic distribution of engaging, high-impact marketing content. This role steers the brand narrative across channels to reinforce their market leadership, support dealer success, and align regional messaging with global objectives.

Role: Content Specialist
Salary: 43,000€ - 55,000€ + benefits + bonuses
Location: Faenza, Italy.
Key Responsibilities for Content Specialist
* Develop and execute the regional content strategy in alignment with global brand guidelines.
* Create compelling written and visual content (e.g., brochures, case studies, videos, customer stories) tailored for European markets and dealer needs.
* Ensure consistency in the company tone-of-voice and visual identity across all collateral.
* Coordinate with media agencies to manage press releases, journalist relations, and earned media coverage.
* Strong skills on software packages such as Canva, Adobe, Google Trends etc.
* Collaborate with dealers to capture and disseminate success stories and best practices.
* Monitor content performance metrics and recommend optimisation strategies.
Requirements for Content Specialist
* Proven expertise in content creation, storytelling, and brand management.
* Strong visual literacy and experience in coordinating multimedia campaigns.
* Demonstrated success in managing media relations and press communications.
* Excellent project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
