Ph3Quality Assurance Manager /h3 /brpResCare Community Living /p /brh3Overview /h3 /brpThe Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) position is focused on maintaining local compliance with State, Federal, and BrightSpring Health requirements. The QAM provides leadership oversight to operations in meeting their goals and ensures safety and satisfaction for individuals supported. /p /brpResCare Community Living is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, has five decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disability. We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including community living, adult host homes for adults regardless of disability, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs. For more information, please visit /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliMaintains knowledge of operation’s regulatory, accreditation, and company requirements. /li /brliImplements and monitors operational systems/processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and adherence to requirements to ensure quality of service delivery and compliance with requirements. /li /brliConducts operation reviews, including, but not limited to Site Reviews, Record Reviews and review of other quality monitoring and improvement activities. /li /brliCompletes documentation of operational review activities thoroughly and timely. /li /brliPrepares detailed summary reports of quality assurance findings related to operational reviews. /li /brliMay serve as the contact person for external regulatory reviews, in the absence of the Executive Director. /li /brliServes as record keeper for all State/Federal Survey documentation, coordinates/ implements corrective action as necessary, and ensures company reporting requirements are met. /li /brliWorks with Executive Director and leadership team to develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans as needed. /li /brliServes as a leader in the development and implementation of the operation’s improvement planning initiatives and outcomes achievements. /li /brliDevelops and implements internal quality practices under the direction of the Executive Director. /li /brliProvides recommendations to leadership about needed actions to improve quality. /li /brliCommunicates effectively with management and staff, using good judgment and diplomacy. /li /brliProvides reports to operation leadership regarding the status of program performance. /li /brliProvides input, training, and support to other service delivery team members in efforts to prioritize quality and reduce risk. /li /brliReviews satisfaction survey data regularly, identifies trends and makes recommendations as indicated for improvement. /li /brliCoordinates investigations and ensures compliance with deadlines. Conducts investigations (as assigned) and completes investigation reports consistent with company guidelines. /li /brliOversees the Critical Incident Reporting and Mortality Review processes. /li /brliServes as Chair of the operation’s Quality Safety Committee, and participates in other committees as assigned. /li /brliServes as a leader in coordinating internal activities to prepare and maintain external accreditation standards. /li /brliMaintains certification for company signature programs (YSIS, Site Reviewer, QIDP, etc.). /li /brliSupervises entry level QA position, if applicable. /li /brliPerforms other duties as assigned. /li /brliTravel Required within designated service sites. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliBachelor’s Degree in human services or related experience and minimum of 2 years working with foster care families and children. /li /brliValid Driver’s license in good standing with current automobile insurance. /li /brliTwo years case management and supervisory experience preferred. /li /brliKnowledge and experience with quality assurance systems, quality control and/or performance monitoring within a residential services field preferred. /li /brliFamiliar with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. /li /brliAccustomed to complex, fast‑pace and confidential work environment. /li /brliExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li /brliDemonstrated computer skills, able to use various software programs for correspondence, reports, statistical compilation and analysis, and database access. /li /brliAbility to work flexible hours. /li /br /ul /brpSalary Range: USD $45,000.00 / Year /p /brh3Seniority Level /h3 /brul /brliMid-Senior level /li /br /ul /brh3Employment Type /h3 /brul /brliFull-time /li /br /ul /brh3Job Function /h3 /brul /brliQuality Assurance /li /br /ul /brh3Industries /h3 /brul /brliHospitals and Health Care /li /br /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
