Growth Capital is a European tech investment bank in venture capital. Founded six years ago, we have offices in Milan, Madrid, and London, with a team of 20 investment bankers. We focus on fundraising (Series A and Series B) and M&A for Europe’s top scaleups, connecting with global capital and strategic opportunities. Growth Capital supports funds, corporates, and other investors in identifying the most promising deals in the market. We seek to attract ambitious entrepreneurs and forward-looking investors.
For our Milan office, we are looking for bright recent graduates in Economics, Business, Finance or Management Engineering with previous relevant internships who will hold the position of Tech Investment Banking Analyst for a six-month contract, evaluated for a potential permanent contract. The candidate will work with a company mentor on fundraising and M&A transactions for European startups and scaleups, facing clients and investors. Expected start date: January 2026, flexible on candidates’ needs.
Responsibilities
* Support fundraising and M&A transactions for European startups and scaleups.
* Prepare, maintain and review business plans; conduct economic-financial modelling and valuation (DCF and multiples).
* Conduct market and industry analyses focusing on trends, total addressable market, and competitive scenarios.
* Draft fundraising and M&A documents: teasers, pitch decks, information memorandums for domestic and international investors.
* Assist in relationship management with current and prospective clients and with Italian and international investors.
* Collaborate with senior team and mentors to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Previous relevant experience, ideally in VC, M&A or IB.
* Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Significant study or work experience abroad; outstanding educational track record.
* English fluent; Italian, Spanish or French is a plus.

Selection Process
Apply via LinkedIn with CV and educational track record (including graduation grade or current exam average and expected graduation date). Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a 90-second English video. Interviews include two introductory rounds with senior team members, followed by a final round (three interviews) including a case study to assess skills and growth potential.
