As a Junior Payments Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and processing financial transactions while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth payment operations and support the company's financial goals. In this role you will be responsible for : Payment Processing : Execute manual and automated supplier payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Reconciliation : Assist with month-end reconciliations as part of SOX compliance process Cashflow Management : Support cash forecasting efforts to ensure liquidity for ongoing operations Bank Relations : Address banking issues and liaise with the Group Treasury team to facilities effective solutions Compliance and Obligations : Ensure the accurate and timely payment of statutory obligations, including taxes, pensions and other regulatory requirements Audits and Reporting : Assist the AP Supervisor during audits and prepper reports on payment activates.
