Overview
We are looking for a candidate willing to join our QHSE team, with a passion for continuous improvement in HSE and the motivation to work in a multicultural and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities
* Managing all HSE aspects of the construction site both in Italy and abroad, starting with:
* Preparing documentation to satisfy the professional technical verification of our employees and subcontractors
* Analyzing Safety and Coordination Plans and/or Interference Risk Assessment Documents
* Preparing Tenova's Operational Plans and analyzing and evaluating Subcontractors' Operational Safety Plans
* Conducting Inspections and Audits on Site
* Developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and programs.
* Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend corrective measures to prevent similar events from recurring.
* Conduct risk assessments, analyze data, and recommend corrective action plans.
* Monitor, inspect, and evaluate hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and pollution control equipment.
* Oversee emergency response plans and coordinate fire prevention activities.
* Monitor compliance with local and state regulations related to health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
* Maintain records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental programs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar fields
* Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
* Responsibility and attention to detail
* Open-minded, humble, courageous, determined, and able to work flexibly in a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
* Motivation to work in a multicultural and stimulating environment
