Requirements:
* Previous experience in 2nd Level IT Support
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Experience troubleshooting in Windows 10 environment
* Good English skills
Your Tasks:
* Providing onsite support to customers and handling incoming tickets
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Performing installations, migrations, and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* Supporting users with MS Office, Windows, and other software issues
* Engaging users with creative solutions and a service-oriented approach
