**Skills and Competencies**

**Responsibilities**
The role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and coordinating meeting requests, including setting up appointments and arranging conference rooms. It also includes daily office maintenance tasks and occasionally supporting administrative assistants with various office issues.
Front Desk Management and Meeting Coordination:
- Be the first contact person in Reception to monitor arrivals and departures of staff and visitors.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer all phones promptly and in a pleasant and professional manner
