Key Responsibilities
* Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation with Copilot and agents.
* Develop pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps to address client needs.
* Contribute to evolution of future-focused workplace transformation propositions.
* Support the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
* Assist senior team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
* Deliver sales presentations to clients and respond to RFPs.
* Use experience of client-facing engagements to build positive project relationships, run workshops and lead clients to success.
* Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
* Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
* Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer-facing roles with strong client relationship management skills.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products and Power Platform.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit.
* Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and sales support skills.
* Experience collaborating with development and testing teams in a continuous integration methodology.
* Passion for technology, customer value, and strategic outcomes.
