Nautilus offers a portfolio of products and services focused on Flight Dynamics. We support the full mission lifecycle, from early mission design and trajectory definition to precise navigation and in-orbit operational support, leveraging proven heritage across LEO, lunar, and deep-space missions.At the core of our offering are two key products: EON and NEMO.

EON is a technology suite enabling autonomous navigation and collision avoidance, paving the way for next-generation self-driving satellites.NEMO is an on-ground flight dynamics software suite, featuring dedicated Collision Avoidance and Space Situational Awareness modules, and extended capabilities including precise orbit determination, trajectory design, maneuver optimization, station keeping, and more.

In addition, Nautilus provides operational Flight Dynamics services, covering mission analysis, navigation, and operations support. To enable robust validation and test campaigns, we also operate CubeDynA, a ground test facility for closed-loop testing of ADCS subsystems for CubeSat platforms.GENERAL INFO:

JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a curious, creative, and proactive professional to support and grow our marketing and communication activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of marketing, from social media and website content to press relations and communication strategy.The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to help define and execute communication initiatives, while also managing day-to-day marketing activities. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to strategy, branding, and the New Space industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Presence & Content: Manage and improve the company's online presence (website updates, LinkedIn, social media). Create and publish content related to company activities, missions, and technology. Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and visual assets. Coordinate updates and improvements to the company website.Marketing & Brand Development: Support the definition and execution of marketing and communication campaigns. Contribute to the development of the company brand and storytelling. Work with the management team to align messaging with the company's strategy and product development.Communication & PR: Draft press releases, news articles, and announcements. Support the management of media relations and press outreach. Help prepare communication materials for events, conferences, and industry announcements.Strategy & Business Support: Collaborate with leadership to identify communication opportunities related to products, missions, and partnerships. Contribute ideas to improve company visibility in the space ecosystem. Monitor industry trends and communication strategies.

MUST HAVE:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Journalism, or related fields. Strong writing and storytelling skills.Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing company social media accounts in a professional or organizational context. Ability to create visual and communication assets using tools such as Canva, Figma, and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging communication. Experience creating content for digital channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and other communication materials.Work Style & Mindset: Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.Languages: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE:

Industry Interest & Context: Interest in or familiarity with the space industry, aerospace, or other deep-tech sectors.Website & Digital Tools: Experience managing or updating company websites. Familiarity with analytics tools such as LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.Marketing, PR & Communication: Experience supporting press relations, PR activities, or media outreach.
