**Cyber Security Service Manager
** for our

With the possibility of employment also at the Chieti Scalo, Genoa Fiumara and Milan Nerviano offices.The selected resources will be responsible for:
* Supervising that the provision of managed services (MSS) and others, takes place effectively and efficiently, implementing all necessary actions to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and dedicating themselves daily to Continual Service Improvement;
* Representing the main interface with the Customer as well as the point of connection and coordination of the activities of Leonardo's technical verticals dedicated to service delivery;
* Organizing and conducting periodic SERVICE REVIEWS with customers, in which they report on the performance of the services provided, manage any critical issues and propose solutions, the adoption of new technologies and/or process improvements;
* Coordinating any escalations in the event of serious incidents/changes that may impact service delivery;
* Assuming the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the on-boarding phase for governing activities and collecting the information necessary to define the necessary steps and key elements for activating the security services provided for in the contract;
* Drafting and constantly updating relevant deliverables.
**REQUIREMENTS:

**Degree in technical disciplines (STEM) or equivalent culture.

- 5 years of experience are required for the expert role and 5
- 10 years of experience for the senior role, in Cyber Security and/or Security Service Manager and/or Management roles.Experience, albeit brief, in technical working groups in the context of Cyber Security service delivery is welcome.
**Technical and IT knowledge and skills:
*** Ability to lead Cyber Security projects in multidisciplinary and multi-service contexts;
* Ability to draft relevant documentation, to support the operational verticals dedicated to the provision of Cyber services;
* Responsibility and management skills over heterogeneous functional work groups, both local and remote;
* Knowledge of the services provided by a SOC and a Digital Center (RTSM, SDM, SSM, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, etc..);
* Knowledge of the start-up phases of managed services, provided by a SOC;
* Knowledge of the technical parameters that characterize each service provided by a SOC;
* Knowledge of the main attack vectors in the current landscape;
* Knowledge of the phases of an APT attack;
* Knowledge of NIST frameworks and their mapping with services provided by a SOC/Digital Center;
* Knowledge of the contents of the ITIL Framework;
* Knowledge of the main technologies in the Cyber Security field (WAF, PROXY, ANTISPAM, FIREWALL, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR);
**Language skills:
**Knowledge of the English language at B1 level or higher.
