JUNIOR PMO HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of TXT Group, is expanding its team in Rome and is looking for a Junior Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience in the role. Main Responsibilities Organizing and leading progress review meetings with Project Managers. Preparing reports and presentations for the client’s executive functions. Managing documentation required for the procurement of IT goods and services, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Reviewing deliverables provided by suppliers to ensure they meet contractual obligations. Required Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Preferable, but not mandatory, familiarity with public administration procurement processes for IT goods and services. Excellent command of Excel, good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective collaboration with client representatives. Attention to detail and precision in producing deliverables.
