PTHE ROLE /ppOff-White is looking for a Menswear Designer with strong expertise in jersey to join our Style offices in Milan. You will work closely with the Menswear Design Director and Creative Director to create menswear pieces that creatively reflect the brand identity, and manage the entire creative process from design, development to final product. /ppWHAT YOU'LL DO /pulliResearch trends, materials and create mood boards to develop inspiration for the creation of the menswear collection /liliHand draw sketches of apparel pieces /liliProduce technical drawings /liliLead fittings and support in fashion shows/presentations /liliOversee day to day follow up with cross functional teams to ensure deadlines are respected /li /ulpWHO YOU ARE /pulli8+ years' experience in a similar role in the fashion luxury industry; previous experience in a luxury streetwear brand is a plus /liliBachelor's degree in Fashion design is mandatory /liliExcellent free hand drawing skills /liliExcellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign /liliHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines /liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken /li /ul
