The Service and Commissioning Manager will be responsible for Systems Service within Food Systems globally with the aim of growing this business. In addition, he/she will provide commissioning support for projects executed globally, in coordination with the Global System Service and Commissioning organization.

In your role you will: - Lead, develop & inspire the service team in E&S; Parma to support the service sales growth ambitions.
- Support service sales with after sales enquiries related to design and offering, ensuring it meets customers’ expectations.
- Provide structure feedback to engineering related to system performance.
- Coordinate system service audits and commissioning assignments globally.
- Ensure a business culture with a high level of customer centricity, being flexible to support customers with prompt and accurate information.
- Capture feedback from customers on innovative solutions, improvement ideas and plant reliability and feedback to the team for future design improvements
- Act as a liaison with central Business Unit counterparts and local Service organization for new service offerings and competitive intelligence.
- Follow up warrantee and customer claims, to ensure they receive the proper attention.
- Develop a network of Service partners and ensure they have defined roles, responsibilities, and training to properly support end user requests.
- Manage service resources to ensure well-being and service sales support. What you know
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree in another discipline complemented with relevant experience required.
- Type and Length of Experience: - 10 years’ experience in Service area, preferably within Food Industries
- Strong spoken and written English
- Intimate technical knowledge of Prepared Food and Beverage equipment and systems will be a plus
