For an internationally renowned modern luxury brand inspired by rock & roll, we are searching for an Art/Image Director. The brand is established in the USA and has set up its European headquarters in Milan.
About the Role: Image Director
The Art/Image Director will lead the execution of all brand imagery and content production for campaigns, e-commerce, and digital platforms. The role will be responsible for translating the brand vision into consistent, high-quality visual content, overseeing photo and video shoots, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that all content is delivered on time, aligned with the brief, and according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of all brand imagery and content production for campaigns, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
Translate the brand vision into consistent, high-quality visual content.
Oversee photo and video shoots.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
Ensure that all content is delivered on time, aligned with the brief, and according to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
8–12+ years of experience in image production, content, or creative operations within luxury brands, contemporary brands, street-luxury brands, or highly integrated creative agencies focused on fashion production.
Experience within a luxury or street-luxury brand.
Required Skills
Strong experience managing photo and video shoots, from concept development to final delivery.
Proven ability to manage teams, suppliers, and complex production workflows.
Deep understanding of content requirements for campaigns, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and execution.
Strong aesthetic sensibility regarding imagery, casting, styling, and overall visual quality.
Fluent in English.
Location: Milan, with frequent international travel, including extended periods in the USA.
Preferred Skills
Experience within a luxury or street-luxury brand.
