A seasoned Business Analyst is needed to lead business transformations in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Retail) and excellent leadership skills.

* Collaborating with clients to gather and define requirements.
Key qualifications for this position include:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
* Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required.
* Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce module functionalities.
* Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
* Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
