An overview of the role
We are looking for a Junior Consultant to join our Workforce & Organization team, with an interest in HR transformation, organizational change, digital workplace, and shaping how people connect and engage within organizations.
You will support projects that help clients improve how people work, communicate, and collaborate—contributing to initiatives such as process redesign, digital workplace adoption, and employee experience.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will help design and deliver practical solutions and communication materials that make transformation real and impactful for people.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of HR transformation projects, including initiatives focused on organizational change, employee experience, and new ways of working.
* Support projects related to the evolution of the modern workforce, contributing to initiatives on data-driven HR, workplace digitalization, and new ways of working.
* Create and adapt content for internal communications, social media, events, and career platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Collaborate with consultants, HR teams, and business stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure consistency with broader transformation and people strategies.
* Support the delivery of transformation initiatives and materials focused on improving how people work, collaborate, and experience the workplace.
* Assist in the design and execution of communication campaigns across digital and internal channels informing people about key messages. Help coordinate engagement event, celebrate people and key achievements.
* Support the visibility of people and teams through engaging formats such as internal posts, videos, newsletters, and storytelling initiatives.
* Help coordinate engagement events and employer branding activities, including job fairs, university partnerships, and internal campaigns.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, gathering feedback and identifying trends in HR, branding, and employee engagement.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Human Resources, Business, Economics or a related field.
* Strong interest in HR, business transformation, digital workplace, and communication.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level preferred).
* Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools.
* Creative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
