Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to oversee a team of Helpdesk Operators across four client locations. Ideal candidates possess experience in remote team management, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of prospecting.
* Coordinate the delivery of Workplace Onsite Support (OSS) services.
* Perform quality checks and improvements with OSS and Warehouse teams.
* Collaborate with SD Teams and Automation to enhance customer experience.
* Understand and drive future demands, acting as an escalation point for customers.
* Deliver detailed status reports including metrics and performance.
Requirements
* Prior team coordinating experience.
* Experience with Workplace Onsite Support (OSS) services and best practices.
* Background within the BFSI and IT Consulting industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
