Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations‐related function; or an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
Preferred qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
- Experience with complex process improvement projects.
- Excellent data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee signature and activation of all Google Cloud Italy agreements, acting as an authorized signatory of the company.
- Oversee contracting operations for Google Cloud Italy commercial agreements, including quarterly sales close procedures and on‐call rosters, and continuous improvement of signature procedures.
- Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting day‐to‐day contracting operations, including policy queries, agreement execution delays, and non‐standard signature requests.
- Plan, organize, and supervise processes and make necessary improvements for growth. Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
