We are looking for a higly experienced IT Finance Manager to join our international IT organization and act a strategic partner for Finance, Controlling and Treasury functions. The role is responsible for the governance, evolution and optimization of the IT Finance & Controlling landscape, ensuring that technology effectively support financial operations, reporting, compliance and decision-making across the business. Key responsabilities Own the IT roadmap for Finance & Controlling applications Act as the main IT reference point for Finance and AFC stakeholders Lead the design and delivery of IT solutions supporting accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and treasury Coordinate internal IT teams and external system integrators Drive process optimization, automation and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements Requirements At least 10 years of experience in IT roles supporting Finance & Controlling Strong knowledge of AFC processes and ERP Finance Systems Proven experience in IT Finance leadership or senior IT Business Partner roles Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills Fluent italian and professional English Join a major enterprise transformation journey, with strategic initiatives including ERP transformation, Finance digitalization, advanced reporting and modernization of the Finance & Controlling technology stack Act as a trusted partner to Finance leadership, with strong visibility and influence on strategic initiatives Lead the evaluation of a complex and integrated Finance & Controlling application landscape Enjoy a role with real accountability, autonomy and long-term perspective, beyond pure project delivery
