Position: As a Junior Salesforce Specialist in our Customer Engagement & CRM practice, you will be involved in designing, developing, and integrating CRM Salesforce and Data Migration solutions for our main clients in the Manufacturing sector.
In Particular, You Will Be Responsible For:
* Analysis, implementation, and configuration of standard solutions on the Salesforce.com platform;
* Supporting the Team Lead in project coordination and organization;
* Direct interface with the business for requirement collection;
* Creation of functional and technical documentation;
* Creation, execution of test cases, and user support;
* Data Analysis and Data quality.
Requirements: We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Specialist with a strong passion, immense curiosity, and a willingness to give 100% to achieve great goals.
Is This The Role For You?: We are looking for you if:
* You have a degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields;
* You have at least 1 year of experience in implementing CRM solutions based on Salesforce.com;
* You have knowledge and development skills with Apex, Visualforce, Aura Lightning/Aura Framework;
* You have Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder;
* You have excellent communication skills, an attitude for interpersonal relationships, and team work;
* You have a goal-oriented and problem-solving approach;
* You have a good knowledge of the English language.
