About the Job

The Trade Channel Analyst plays a key role in supporting the commercial and strategic development of the pharmaceutical channel, with a specific focus on pharmacy chains and wholesalers. You will deliver structured analyses, monitor performance, and generate actionable insights that help drive growth and optimize channel strategies.

In this role, you will:

* Drive insight-based decisions that strengthen our presence across pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
* Support the development of effective channel and promotional strategies.
* Contribute to building a data-driven and performance-oriented commercial culture.
* Collaborate across teams to translate data into meaningful business actions.
* Promote a challenger mindset by simplifying complexity and focusing on impactful solutions.
Main Responsibilities
* Monitor performance across pharmacy chains, purchasing groups, and wholesalers.
* Analyze key KPIs such as sell-in/sell-out, market share, distribution, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness.
* Build reports and dashboards to track performance and support decision‑making.
* Support Trade Marketing and Sales teams in defining strategies, promotional plans, and forecasts.
* Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and distribution gaps.
* Manage and analyze data from sources such as IQVIA, SAP/CRM systems, and internal databases.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management teams.
About You
* Experience in trade marketing, sales analytics, commercial excellence, or channel/category analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into insights.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
* Understanding of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG distribution dynamics.
* Detail‑oriented with a structured and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluent Italian and professional English proficiency (B2/C1).
Location

Milan. Remote working policy: 2 days/week.
