Boat Designer for Innovative Electric Vessels

Belisama Yacht is an Italian innovative startup developing next-generation aluminum catamarans for sustainable operations, including plastic and oil recovery, multi-role workboats, and electric passenger transport.
We are looking for a talented Designer to support the development of our new vessels. The role can be part-time or structured as an internship, and remote collaboration is possible.
Responsibilities
Support the design of innovative aluminum boats
Create 2D and 3D models of hulls, structures and onboard systems
Develop renders and visual materials for presentations and clients
Contribute to R&D on modular construction systems and electric propulsion layouts
Collaborate with the engineering team on technical documentation and prototypes
Requirements
Knowledge of nautical design or industrial/transportation design
Experience with at least one of the following: Rhino, Inventor, SolidWorks, Revit or similar
Ability to produce clean 3D models and basic renders
Strong interest in sustainable marine technologies
Attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast growing startup environment
English or Italian speaking
Nice to have
Experience in naval architecture courses or projects
Knowledge of aluminum structures
Basic understanding of electric propulsion and battery systems
Experience with animations or advanced rendering tools
