As a luxury fashion company with a strong ethical standpoint we are leaders and innovators in our industry. /b /p pAs part of the RTW Business Unit based in Novara, the RTW Raw Material Manager, reporting to the RTW Business Unit Director, is responsible for the procurement of fabrics and materials for RTW sampling and production, ensuring well-negotiated processes, timely deliveries, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards. /p h3Role Overview /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact for the Design team in London, supporting material selection and procurement for the development of the collection. /li liCollaborate directly with external suppliers to source fabrics and accessories aligned with the creative and technical requirements of the Design team. /li liManage supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials for sampling and production, while coordinating with RTW Product Development and RTW Production to proactively address potential delays. /li liOversee the raw materials warehouse, managing the team responsible for incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient distribution to support sample production. /li liIdentify and report quality issues during the sampling phase, working closely with the RTW Product Development Team to support continuous improvement and ensure sampling standards are met. /li liManage the flows and relationships with the external Raw Material Quality Control Center, identifying and implementing actions to resolve any quality issues. /li /ul h3Your Talent /h3 ul liStrong technical knowledge of RTW fabrics and accessories. /li liAt least 10 years of experience in raw material sourcing or procurement within luxury fashion companies. /li liStrong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers. /li liLeadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and external partners. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pWe welcome people with disabilities and endeavour to make reasonable adjustments, if you do require such adjustments please let us know within 48 hours of your interview. /p pAt Stella McCartney, we like to be bold.
