Role Description : The Business Development Representative is a professional skilled in developing the company's business within their area, defending and expanding their client base. They act as a trusted advisor, persuasive negotiator, and use professionalism and integrity to increase sales. They also bridge marketing plans with their execution, aiming to achieve results through commercial partnerships and market exploration. Your responsibilities include : Researching new points of sale alongside your supervisor and following company directives to acquire new On Trade outlets to meet distribution, visibility, and volume goals. Analyzing store performance based on KPIs to improve performance and increase ABI product sales. Visiting and regularly inspecting On Trade venues, implementing marketing projects to enhance product visibility and presence. Ensuring proper placement of visibility materials within outlets to improve visibility and sales volumes. Periodically reporting activities and identifying new opportunities to optimize visits and update the company on progress. The profile we are looking for includes : Previous sales experience in On Trade, JR Sales, Event Management within the Beverage industry. Knowledge of the local territory and On Trade dynamics. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure. High determination. Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships. Good written and spoken English.
