Why This Setting Stands Out
This position is based within a private elementary school in Umatilla, giving you the benefit of a stable, relationship‐driven environment where you can focus on student progress and collaboration instead of spending your day on the road.
What You'll Do
* Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school setting
* Develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide direct therapy and parent/caregiver training
* Supervise and support RBTs, based on credential level
* Review data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as needed
* Maintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
* Collaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each child's success
What We're Looking For
For BCBA applicants
* Master's degree
* Active BCBA certification
For BCaBA applicants
* Bachelor's degree
* Active BCaBA certification
For all applicants
* CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Dependable transportation to and from the school site
* A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive
