We are seeking a seasoned IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for top tech talents across the CIS region.
Job Description
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, interview, and onboard top tech talent in software engineering, DevOps, QA, product management, and other related fields.
You will leverage various platforms, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram communities, and other relevant sources, to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. A focus on sourcing and engagement is essential to meet our team's needs.
Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from initial contact to offer extension and pre-boarding coordination.
* Proactively source top tech talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Telegram sourcing strategies.
* Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
* Conduct structured interviews to ensure the best candidate fit, taking into account cultural alignment, skills, and experience.
* Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes using ATS and recruitment tools.
* Stay up-to-date on tech hiring trends and the CIS talent market.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specializing in hiring top tech talent.
* Strong knowledge of the CIS tech market and the best sourcing strategies.
* Hands-on experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Telegram sourcing.
* Skilled in interviewing and assessing candidates to ensure the right fit.
* Able to work independently and manage full hiring cycles.
* Experienced in working closely with hiring managers and tech teams.
* Fluent in Russian and English, conducting interviews in both languages.
* Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
