Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary for managing the entire recruitment process up to offer negotiation.
This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Collaboration with management is key to identifying staffing needs and defining ideal candidate profiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking recruitment KPIs (time to hire, source of hire, etc.) and maintaining an updated candidate database.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or a related field (or equivalent experience) is also necessary.
