3. Coordinate market compensation surveys and benchmarking studies.
4. Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports.
HR Information Systems (HRIS) & KPI Management :
5. Oversight of HRIS tool development, integration and maintenance.
6. Definition, monitoring and update of key HR metrics related to compensation, retention and performance.
7. Collaboration with IT to enhance system integration and automate HR processes.
