Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Manager for our Headquarter, who will report to the PMO Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
* Manage the allocated budget and promptly address any extra expenses;
* Ensure that the entire product development process takes place within the timeframe agreed with the customer, according to the established margins and quality levels;
* According to the specific characteristics of the project, ensure the most favourable terms and conditions are applied and respected, adjusting the customer's contribution in terms of both capital and operating expenses;
* Plan projects using Gantt charts, improve critical delivery times and resolve any unforeseen event promptly;
* Report project progress and measure overall performance (KPI's in place);
* Anticipate risks and implement recovery actions;
* Train the team and stakeholders on all relevant procedures and processes in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
* Facilitate internal communication;
* Motivate the Project Team and improve teamworking dynamics;
* Analyze lesson learned to support process improvement.
Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, or similar) or equivalent experience;
* At least 2 years' previous experience in structured metalworking and mechanical engineering companies in similar positions
* Knowledge of Project Management tools and MS Office, SAP & MS Project;
* Knowledge of APQP process;
* Project Management Skills
* Basic knowledge of mechanical power transmissions;
* Leadership and teamwork skills;
* Problem-solving and proactive approach;
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
* Fluent English.
