The candidate will be part of the Engineering To Order (ETO) RD Technical Department and will report to ETO Engineering Leader (based in Italy) who coordinates knowledge transfer and provides specific work assignments. /p h3Job Responsabilitues /h3 pAs Technical Writer, the candidate will be responsible for creating and revising Installation, Operation Maintenance, Technical Specifications and Service manuals related to a specific project, standard or new customized cooling products. /p pHe/she will manage the complete documentation development process from the collection of inputs, through document creation, to the final publication. /p pAs Technical Writer the candidate will be in charge of: /p ul liGathering all information from different stakeholders (product design leader, project managers, mechanical/electrical designers, software engineers, compliance engineers, etc.) /li liWriting/editing content in technical English translating complex product information into clear, polished, and accurate content /li liCreating explanatory 2D graphics using specific design software /li liMeeting the required deadline and ensuring the timely delivery of manuals /li liPublishing the approved version of manuals, generating the related PDF version according to internal procedure and uploading them onto specific portals /li liSupporting marketing and other departments in creating technical documentations to favor and boost product sales /li liAttending planning and meetings to coordinate with design leaders and production departments /li liManaging and approving translations according to internal procedure /li liWorking and coordinating with translators, outsourcing agencies and service providers /li /ul h3Required Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul liBachelor or Master’s degree in English, Communication (English), Specialized Translation or Professional Writing (English) /li liKnowledge or editing/translation experience in one or more technical fields, such as engineering, computer science, or software engineering /li liProficiency in written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail /li liProficiency in transforming complex technical information into easily understandable content /li liAbility to manage time while coordinating tasks and keeping track of simultaneous projects and files to ensure on-time delivery /li liExperience with content management systems such as Windchill PLM, PTC Arbortext Editor /li liExperience in Desktop publishing software and content management systems /li liExperience with managing and creating 3D and/or 2D images /li liAbility to work well in a dynamic but complex and engaging environment with many stakeholders /li liHigh organizational and teamworking skills with a flexible approach to requirements /li liAbility to work with multicultural teams /li liBe passionate about delivering high quality and customer‑centric documentation /li liHighly motivated to work with multiple software technologies /li liProblem solving and proactive attitude /li /ul h3What's in it for you: /h3 ul liOpportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies across multiple engineering disciplines /li liGlobal exposure through collaboration with worldwide technical specialists /li liStructured mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers /li liClear path for professional growth and skill development /li liAccess to state‑of‑the‑art tools and engineering resources /li /ul h3Let us learn about you!
