Responsibilities Provide first and second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed. Communicate promptly on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Support Cisco Jabber and other authorized desktop applications. Possess basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware. Perform general preventive maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Conduct remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues. Have broad IT experience with a basic understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must hold a valid work permit. Extensive knowledge of IT and computers. Several years of related experience preferred.
