Job Description
Humangest Spa, an employment agency, branch Rome North, is looking for a candidate for a client company operating in the Waste sector, for the position of Document Management Officer - Transport Office.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing and archiving transportation documentation (identification forms, delivery notes, waybills, loading/unloading registers);
* Verifying the accuracy and completeness of transport documents;
* Updating management systems and company databases;
* Interfacing with drivers and operators to collect documentation;
* Preparing control reports to monitor transportation activities;
* Providing general administrative support for the Transport department.
Requirements include:
* High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferably in administrative/logistics field);
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
* Precision, attention to detail, and organizational skills;
* Teamwork orientation and good communication skills.
Working hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00
Work location: Ciampino (RM)
