Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Switzerland. This long-term opportunity involves collaborating with clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities.
The role focuses on the Commerce module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, requiring deep expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define project requirements.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and align with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
* Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required.
* Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is essential.
Nice to Have:
* Previous experience working in multinational or distributed teams.
* Understanding of integration points between Dynamics 365 modules.
* Experience supporting digital retail transformation initiatives.
