OverviewIn this role you will drive process automation across Eurofins' European IT landscape, delivering scalable RPA solutions and AI-enabled improvements. You will work with cross‐functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, build automations, and advance analytics and intelligent agents. This position offers hands‐on automation work in a global, collaborative environment with a focus on continuous improvement and impact at scale.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement automation opportunities across IT and business processesDevelop RPA workflows, scripts, and automations using tools like Power Automate, Python, and PowerShellAutomate repetitive activities such as reporting, data handling, and IT support processesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutionsContribute to AI‐driven initiatives (e.g., copilots, intelligent agents)Continuously improve and scale automation solutionsQualifications2‐6 years of experience in automation / RPA / scripting / process improvementHands‐on experience with Power Automate, Python, PowerShell or similarStrong analytical and problem‐solving mindsetInterest in AI and emerging technologiesProactive, curious, and eager to learn new environmentsGood communication skills and ability to work in an international team
