Job Description
* Follow the customer throughout the entire sales experience, ensuring excellent service, exploring opportunities, developing solutions, and setting a positive example for the team in resolving future challenges.
* Provide post‑sale technical support and ensure correct application of warranty procedures.
* Achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
* Monitor quantitative and qualitative KPIs of the store.
* Collaborate proactively with the Store Manager to ensure the store has adequate resources to meet and surpass performance objectives.
* Supervise and ensure continuous team training according to the guidelines set by the Store Manager.
* Draft the daily activity agenda, including staff scheduling.
* Manage cash‑handling security: payment procedures, tax‑free, opening and closing cash processes using dedicated programs, and bank deposit procedures.
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with assigned guidelines.
* Proactively analyze inventory needs to ensure proper product assortment.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with key departments to ensure efficient use of store space and maintain excellence.
* Analyze and control in‑store inventory and produce reports.
* Ensure adherence to administrative and accounting processes.
* In partnership with the Store Manager, guarantee store excellence with a constant customer focus.
* Create an inclusive, engaging, and inspirational working environment.
* Maintain a curious mindset and continually scout new external talent for the team.
Professional Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar retail role with a high level of customer service and consultancy.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Planning and organizational abilities.
* Results‑oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
* In‑depth knowledge of customer experience in the retail sector.
* Solid experience in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
* Ability to prioritize, work dynamically and flexibly, and communicate effectively.
* Complexity management and multitasking in a demanding environment.
* Use of feedback for growth and improvement of team competencies.
* Proactivity, problem‑solving, positive teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Initiative, dynamism and enthusiasm.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
