We are strengthening the Financial Services unit, part of the Cloud & Custom Application practice, and are looking for a Functional Analyst. You will be placed in a unit dedicated to studying, creating and releasing innovative banking products, together with a team of highly specialized Strategic Consultants. Responsibilities You will work closely with large clients in the Banking sector to understand their needs and guide them toward their business goals. You will develop new strategies, propose innovative approaches to historical sector themes, and participate in delivering refined banking products. You will have the responsibility of leading a team and work in close contact with the Product Owner. You will collaborate with design and construction of new complex projects aimed at creating value for the firm and its clients. Qualifications / Your profile At least 3 years of experience in the role within structured companies. A passion and profound knowledge of the Banking sector. Ability to organize a wide range of projects. Capacity to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in managing and coordinating a team and a predisposition to transfer your competences. Professional proficiency in English.
