You will have the opportunity to work with some of Italy's leading organizations in healthcare.ResponsibilitiesProvide immediate response to customer inquiries in accordance with service standards and support current installed‑base customers.Serve as a link between customers and the InterSystems Global Support organization.Liaise with customers to understand work processes and requirements that the TrakCare application must address.Provide application support for the TrakCare Hospital Management System.Support the implementation of the TrakCare application in a manner that suits customer business requirements, following InterSystems’ methodologies and processes.Escalate open (unresolved) problems according to current policies and procedures.Conduct individual and group training, product demonstrations, and workshops as required.Continuously improve customer satisfaction by soliciting suggestions for product and service improvements and escalating them to management.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for TrakCare.Improve response time to customer inquiries by enhancing communication, analytical, and learning skills.Work with partners to identify potential changes within the product parameters, if required.Participate in on‑site implementations and support-related meetings with customers or partners, as required.Participate in the 24‑hour on‑call roster service.Experience and QualificationsGeneral aptitude for solving problems and using technology to improve processes.Understanding and experience in implementing product solutions.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within tight time constraints.Proven ability to work through problems with different customer groups, achieving positive outcomes.Experience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems preferred.Understanding of Health Informatics standards, reporting requirements, and legislative controls.Ability to design and write specification documents related to customer requirements.Team‑working skills, including collaboration with partners located in different towns or countries.Education and TrainingBS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent (Physics, Mathematics, Sciences), ORUniversity degree in medical informatics, management information systems, system engineering, or any related field.When you would startOur teams are constantly growing, but we are passionate about finding the right fit, even if that takes a little longer.
