We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThis position is the Asset Management (AM) person to develop, maintain, and govern integrated schedules. /p pThe role ensures alignment with milestones, identifies critical and near‑critical paths, and drives timely execution and decision‑making to participate and support tasks of development, engineering, construction, start‑up, commissioning and hand‑over of all new projects, with the focus on best‑in‑class hand off to Asset Management. /p pIt will be the liaison with Global AM Team, Business Development and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for all new tasks and will support, from the Asset Management perspective, an effective and timely execution of all phases of the activities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liClosely working with the Head of AM Europe, assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination. /li liAnalyze needed resources (in house / outsourced) to ensure timely project delivery. /li liBuild the Work Breakdown Structure and align it with the Project Execution Plan. /li liMaintain schedule logic, calendars, constraints, and coding to ensure data quality and traceability. /li liPrepare weekly and monthly updates with critical path analysis, narratives, and variance reports. /li liStandardize reporting formats, layouts, filters, and codes across projects. /li liGenerate reports on critical and near‑critical paths, float, and logic. /li liLiaise with Global Asset Management team and with regional Construction team. /li liIn case of major repair activities needed on operational assets, integrate all phases including engineering, permitting, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning. /li liPerform what‑if and Time Impact Analyses to assess delays and propose mitigation strategies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pbQualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor in Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. /li li3–5 years in project management for EPC or infrastructure projects (renewables preferred). /li liProficiency in Microsoft Project; advanced Excel; Power BI a plus. /li liAbility to coordinate multi‑disciplinary stakeholders and drive accountability. /li liFluent in English and Italian, with other language capabilities (Spanish) considered an asset. /li liStrong presentation and communication skills to clearly convey schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and stakeholders. /li liExcellent written reporting. /li liDetail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working to tight deadlines. /li /ul pIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
