We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack who will be responsible for: Contributing to the design and development of full-stack applications, both on the back-end (microservices and serverless architectures) and on the front-end (modern and responsive web interfaces) Contributing to the definition of development guidelines, release, and maintenance of artifacts, and continuous updating of the skills of the entire structure Experimenting with new technologies and tools, contributing to the design and development of techniques and architectures aimed at standardizing the development method Ensuring high performance, reliability, security, and quality of the developed applications You are suitable for the position if you have: At least 5 years of experience in developing Java applications (e.g., Spring Boot and Quarkus frameworks) for the enterprise market Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs Passion for user experience and attention to detail in user interface ergonomics Experience working in teams, preferably with diverse skills and backgrounds Technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration attitude Good knowledge of English (reference QCER B2) In addition, you are an ideal candidate if you have: Knowledge or previous experience in the use of generative AI (GenAI) applied to software development and familiarity with concepts such as Agentic AI Experience in developing containerized software using Swarm/Kubernetes or equivalent services, also in the cloud (e.g., AWS Fargate) Experience in developing on AWS cloud Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases: schema design, indexing, and performance management Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, including security integration into the software lifecycle Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other preparatory studies for software design and development Being a Life Partner is our ambition: every day we want to be by our clients' side, taking care of their lives and dreams.
