This role is key to transforming data into actionable insights, helping shape marketing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for consumer electronics, and the ability to translate numbers into meaningful business stories.Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret market data, consumer insights, and competitive trends across the Italian smartphone industry.
Develop and maintain market intelligence dashboards and regular reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance, market share evolution, pricing trends, and promotional activities.
Support the marketing team with insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, media investments, and retail execution.
Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and regional intelligence teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.
Evaluate new business opportunities and forecast potential impacts on market performance.
Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.
Create and manage master assets for all Motorola smartphones, including image collections, product spec sheets, and monthly price lists for the sales team.
Coordinate and oversee the product coding process across sales channels (primarily retailers).
Review and manage translations of product-related materials provided by the international team, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints training content, retailer websites, Amazon, etc.

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, or consumer insights - ideally within the tech or FMCG sector.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
Solid understanding of GfK, Canalys, or similar market data sources.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
